Payments and Order Data (Stripe)
This website does not store personal data on its own servers except as necessary to process orders, manage administrative functionality, and protect the service. Certain information such as email and payment data is securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Payment and order data may be processed for order fulfillment and retained for accounting and legal purposes. Secure authentication cookies and tokens are used for administrative access to internal management features and order processing tools.
File Uploads and Storage
Uploaded files and reference images are initially stored in a temporary draft storage area for up to 3 days for order processing. After payment and order completion, selected files are transferred to long-term storage (orders), where they are retained for order fulfillment as well as accounting and legal purposes. Deletion may be requested where applicable and where no legal retention obligations apply.
Security and Abuse Prevention
To protect the service, certain technical data such as IP addresses and API request counts are temporarily stored and automatically deleted. This data is used exclusively to detect and prevent abuse and to ensure service stability. In cases of suspicious or repeated abusive activity, IP addresses may be temporarily or permanently blocked.
