1. Service Description

Sunny Day Art offers custom hand-drawn portraits created from customer-provided photos. Each artwork is created individually and includes artistic interpretation based on the provided reference.

2. Order Process

Customers must provide a clear reference photo. The quality of the final artwork depends on the quality and suitability of the provided images. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use the provided images.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Orders are only confirmed after successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the artwork, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work has started.

5. Revisions

Up to two minor revisions are included if the order is paid in full upfront. Additional revisions or significant changes may require an extra fee or a new order. All revision requests are handled through direct communication.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard physical delivery is available for customers within Germany and the European Union, provided a valid shipping address is shared via email. If an address is not provided, or if shipping to a specific region is not feasible, a high-quality digital version of the portrait will be delivered via email instead. For orders outside the EU, shipping costs and logistics must be arranged via email before the commission is accepted. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on current workload, order complexity, and postal transit times.

8. Uploaded Files

Uploaded files may be used to provide the Service, including generating requested outputs. We reserve the right to store, process, and delete files as necessary for the operation of the Service. For details on how files are handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The artist retains the right to use the artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. The customer receives the final artwork for personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sunny Day Art is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The service is provided on a best-effort basis.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Sunny Day Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including after payment has been made. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. This includes situations where fulfilling the order would cause discomfort, safety concerns, or is otherwise not appropriate.

13. Abuse and Excessive Orders

Sunny Day Art reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are considered excessive, abusive, or placed in a manner that disrupts normal operation of the service.

14. Use of Artwork

All artworks displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Sunny Day Art. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any artwork for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Sharing images for personal use (such as sending to friends or posting on social media) is allowed only with proper credit to the artist and, where possible, a link to the website.

It is strictly prohibited to claim the artwork as your own, remove attribution, or use it in any commercial, promotional, or resale context.

15. Purchase Requests for Available Artwork

Some artworks displayed on this page are one-of-a-kind and are not automatically reserved upon request.

Submitting a purchase request does not guarantee that the artwork is still available. Availability is confirmed manually, and the artwork may have already been requested or sold to another customer.

If the artwork is available, you will receive an email with further instructions and a payment link. The purchase is only confirmed after successful payment.

If the artwork is no longer available, you will be informed via email. No further action is required.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not responsible for failed communication due to incorrect or misspelled email addresses.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the request system and are not liable for delays, technical issues, or missed requests caused by system errors or external factors.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request due to availability conflicts, errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
